Becoming a Registered User
In order to become a registered user of www.thetrademarkchannel.com or other Site(s), you will need to share some personal information, such as your name and e-mail address. You do not have to be a registered user to visit the Site(s). But, you will have to register if you want to place orders or make full use of our services. Once you register, you will have an account with TTC and a password to access that account. You may never use another person's account without permission and you may not use anyone else's password. You should keep your registration current and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Please also let us know if there is any unauthorized use of your account or password. By making a purchase, you become a registered user of www.thetrademarkchannel.com or the applicable Site. How TTC Protects Your Information

Web Beacons
TTC may allow certain partners to include web beacons within pages on the Site(s). TTC may also share portions of our log file data, including IP address, with these partners for analytics purposes. In the event your IP address is shared, this information may be used to estimate general location and other technographics (such as connection speed, whether you have visited the Site(s) in a shared location, and type of the device used to visit the Site(s)). These partners aggregate information about our advertising and what you see on the Site(s) and then provide auditing, research and reporting for us and our advertisers.
